AGAINST ORDER IN ANY SHAPE AND SIZE
Windows and balcony doors that are manufactured by Our Company can have any shape: oval, round, arc, triangle and any non – standard. They are made of layer etched wood: pine, oak, mahogany, larch and many other available on the market against client’s order.
They are equipped with:
Fittings - ROTO®NT, in standard type they provide high level of anti - burglary security, three corner, anti – burglary parts are equipped with mushroom – shaped rolls placed in unhinging latches RU on the casing. Each tilt/turn window sash is equipped with micro ventilation function which enables to adjust humidity level in the room.
Panes – complex, low – emissive in standard, with low coefficient of thermal transmission U-1,0. Safety glass O2, anti – burglary P2 and P4 which can be combined with stained, ornamental, mirrored, tinted and acid embossed glass. Additional element which can be used in complex pane is so called “warm frame” which limits steam occurrence on the inside part of the window. Panes have certificates of Polish “Instytut Szkła i Ceramiki” and safety sign “B”.
Gloss paints – acrylic, with high elasticity and durability SIGMA®, SIKKENS®, they provide long-time wood protection from meteorological conditions. We use gloss paints – azures, which make the wood structure visible and also body lacquers according to colour palette RAL.
Drip caps – they provide proper drainage from windows. Additional drip cap at the bottom part of the sash prevents paint leaching.
Seals - SCHLEGEL® Q-LON, they provide very good insulation for windows and balcony doors.
It is also possible to apply opening control sensor as additional protection.
GEORGIAN BARS:
- inside panes – they are applied inside the pane set, available in different colours and widths e.g.: 8, 16, 26, 45 mm
- sticked (Viennese) – they are sticked on the both sides of the pane, the widths of them are e.g.: 26, 30, 35, 45 mm
- constructional – they divide the sash into separate parts
- bars opened on hinges which can be disassembled anytime
HANDLES AND HINGE COVERS:
We normally install handles and covers made by ROTO company. Their colour is usually according to the producer’s palette. The handles can be additionally equipped with a key or a button.
WOODEN WINDOWSILLS
Wooden windows’ supplements are inside windowsills which are perfectly matched to the windows by colour and shape, combining a uniform whole.
